By registering an account, installing the HimGK Plus mobile application, or accessing our web services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the application.

2. Permitted Use & Student Account

HimGK Plus provides study materials, practice questions, and memory revision tools intended solely for your individual, non-commercial examination preparation.

• Account Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login password and credentials. You may not share your account or transfer access to third parties.
• Accurate Registration: You agree to provide a valid, accessible email address when creating an account so that essential service communications and security notifications can reach you.
• Prohibited Actions: You may not use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or exploits to extract question banks, bypass assessment time gates, or disrupt server infrastructure.

3. Educational Content & Limitations

Our editorial team strives to verify facts against British-era gazetteers, government census publications, state economic surveys, and authentic historical records. However:

• Competitive examination syllabi, government schemes, and administrative boundaries in Himachal Pradesh evolve over time. We cannot guarantee that all content is at all times error-free or fully up-to-date.
• We do not guarantee examination selection, minimum test scores, or government employment. Success in state competitive examinations depends on comprehensive study and candidate diligence.
• If you identify a factual discrepancy or typographical error, we encourage you to report it via our Content Correction Channel.

4. Intellectual Property & Attribution

The design, source code, app icon, logo, visual architecture, custom question explanations, and curated lesson notes of HimGK Plus are protected by intellectual property laws.

Public government data, district gazetteers, statutory acts, and official survey references cited in lessons remain the intellectual heritage of their respective public authorities and are used under fair academic reference and public information principles.

5. Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Use, engage in abusive behaviour, attempt credential stuffing, or disrupt the learning environment for other students.

You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion in accordance with our Data Deletion Policy.

6. Warranty Disclaimer & Service Availability

HimGK Plus is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from server maintenance interruptions.
